Shipping & delivery

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post, with courier options for bulkier orders. Every order is boxed and weighed before we confirm your freight cost.

Postage costs

  • Regular Post: from $12.00
  • Express Post: from $15.00
  • Courier: from $15.00 to $30.00

We always check for the best price for your order, then email you with freight options once it's finalised.

Processing times

Processing time is separate to delivery time. It's how long we need to print or prepare your order before it ships.

Stock orders

Orders placed by 11:30am AEST ship the same day if items are in stock. Out-of-stock items that need printing take approximately 4 business days. Ordering early always helps us get to you faster.

Custom made orders

Personalised items (names, numbers or sequin names) are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Timing can vary with stock and job complexity, contact us for a specific timeframe.

Club & team uniforms

Typically 4 to 7 business days, longer during peak times or for large events if extra stock needs to be ordered. Got an urgent event? Contact us to confirm timing.

Pick up in-store

Want to skip shipping? Select In-Store Pickup at checkout and collect from our Capalaba warehouse: 17/29 Moreton Bay Road, Capalaba QLD 4157.

Domestic Express Post

Within the Guaranteed Express Post Network: 1 to 2 business days. Outside the network: typically 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location.

Note: Australia Post doesn't pick up or deliver on weekends. GMD Print Direct isn't responsible for delays, damage, or lost items once your order has shipped, but if anything looks off, email us at hello@gmdirect.com.au and we'll help track it down with Australia Post on 13 76 78.

Signature on delivery

All orders are sent via registered Australia Post eParcel for secure delivery. A signature is required to make sure your parcel reaches you safely.
